Announcing The Chronically Well Coaching Scholarship
My mission to make support more accessible for the chronic illness community.
Living with a chronic illness often means navigating a world that wasn't built for our bodies. We face parameters that shift daily, energy levels that fluctuate without warning, and a medical system that can feel more like a labyrinth than a safety net.
I know how heavy the current landscape can feel. Between managing appointments, navigating finances, and just trying to get through the day with some semblance of energy left over, prioritizing your own wellness journey can sometimes feel like a luxury you can't afford.
But here is the truth: support shouldn't be a luxury.
While I can't change the systemic issues of our healthcare, insurance and political systems (or the unpredictability of our health), I hope to make a difference right here, for you. I want to ensure my support is as accessible as possible, which is why I am making some important changes to how I operate.
From Informal To Formal Support
For years, I have offered price breaks and scholarships quietly. Whenever someone reached out expressing a need, and I had the bandwidth to help, we made it work. It was an informal way to ensure that finances didn't stand in the way of someone getting the support they needed to thrive amidst their challenges.
However, I realized that relying on someone to "reach out" puts the burden on you—the person who is already carrying so much. It requires you to ask, to explain, and to hope for a yes. I want to remove that barrier.
I want to make this a structured, predictable part of my practice.
Announcing The Chronically Well Coaching Scholarship
I am officially launching a formalized scholarship program designed specifically for this community.
Here is how it works: When my schedule allows, I will offer a complimentary one-on-one coaching spot to a subscriber of my newsletter.
This isn't about a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all solution. This is about dedicated, personalized time to work through your specific hurdles, whether that's managing energy, finding balance between rest and daily activity, self-advocacy or simply having someone in your corner who gets it.
The Details
Who Is It For?
This program is exclusive to my newsletter subscribers. I want to support the people who are already here, reading these words, and looking for a way to live well.
This is for you if you are…
Ready to take a more active role in your health and health care
Open-minded about learning what is serving you and what is not
Looking for more balance between managing your symptoms and day-to-day life
Tired of feeling spread too thin and are ready to make some changes
Missing support from someone who understands
Seeking an individualized plan that accounts for the specifics of your life
Are unable to afford private coaching at this time
You do not need to be “doing things perfectly” or have clear goals already. We can sort that out together.
What is included?
The Chronically Well Scholarship Includes:
4-month one-on-one coaching with meetings conducted on Zoom
Month 1: Four (4) weekly 50-minute coaching sessions. This first month is mainly about determining what you want to work on and co-creating a roadmap to make it happen.
Months 2–4: One (1) 50-minute coaching session per month. These sessions will primarily focus on implementation, trouble-shooting, gentle accountability and encouragement.
The following tools and resources are included:
Personal Health Assessment (to be completed before our first meeting)
Motivation To Thrive Guide (to be completed before our first meeting)
Chronically Well Tracking & Journaling Kit (for you to use during our work together and beyond)
This scholarship focuses on spacious, supportive coaching without the use of a coaching app.
How Does It Work?
Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, starting right now. You can fill out an application whenever you are ready.
I will select the first client by the end of February 2026. I aim to begin our sessions in March or April, depending on what works best for our schedules. If you are reading this at a later date, please know that I will announce any new openings in my weekly newsletter.
A Note On capacity and Fit
Because this is a scholarship program, space is limited. Selection is based on:
Alignment with the coaching approach
Readiness to engage in this 4-month program
Financial need
Your Privacy Matters
Navigating a chronic condition is a deeply personal journey. I understand the sensitivity around health and finances, and I want you to feel completely safe in this process.
Scholarships will not be announced publicly on social media or on the blog. I will never share who has received a scholarship to protect client privacy.
All announcements regarding relevant dates, open spots, and application links will happen through my Sunday newsletter.
How To Apply
Because this program is run through my email community, the application link will not be posted publicly on this page.

A Note On Bandwidth
You might have noticed I mentioned offering spots "when I have the bandwidth." As someone who also navigates the reality of human limitations, I believe in practicing what I preach. I want to show up for my scholarship clients with full energy and presence. By offering these spots on a rolling basis based on my capacity, I can ensure that the support you receive is high-quality and sustainable for both of us.
We are in this together. My goal is to help you find your balance and empower your health, one step at a time.
If you feel this support could help you move from surviving to thriving, please join us on the email list. I look forward to potentially working with you.
