We will work together to help you to hone your focus, reignite your motivation and create a roadmap for adding wellness practices into your life with chronic illness.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach, there is a certified health coach in your corner helping you. You will be able to clarify your plan and action steps to compliment your life, values, responsibilities and health circumstances.

A Chronically Well Membership is best suited for anyone living with chronic illness who has a general idea of what types of wellness practices could help nurture chronic wellness, but who could use a coach for a framework, encouragement, troubleshooting and gentle accountability. For example, Chronically Well is a good fit if you want to add more exercise/movement to help with your symptoms, however, it has been challenging for you to make it happen consistently.

We can talk about it during your free consultation call. You may want to opt for adding one-on-one coaching sessions to help you gain clarity. Or, you can look at my THRIVE package offering to see if that seems like a better fit.

You can purchase 25 or 50 minute private coaching sessions as needed.

The typical client has one primary focus area and an average of two other practices they are working on. However, there is no set number. Your program is customizable to what is realistic for you. For example, a primary focus might be 4 days/week of movement tailored to your symptoms, 5 days/week of meditation, and experimenting with adding more ways to rest (i.e., adding scheduled breaks in your day).

The first 7-14 days are self-paced and will entail you filling out some questions in the app that are meant to give me an understanding of your situation, challenges and what you hope to accomplish. I will also provide you with some information and guidance about how to set realistic goals.
Once you have completed the initial materials, we will meet for a 50 min one-on-one video call to develop a plan that is customized to you. This call is included in the price of your membership. Then, I add your individualized program to the app, and we get started on working towards your wellness practice and lifestyle goals. We do this through habit tracking, direct messaging and meeting for any coaching sessions that you purchase.

I find that the most challenges and growth opportunities happen when my clients are going through the process of implementing their habit changes. Tracking allows us to notice any patterns, make adjustments to their plan in a timely way, and to keep some gentle accountability.
