The first step towards achieving Chronic Wellness is gaining clarity on what changes may be necessary to create more balance in your life and health. This involves taking stock of your life, health, and healthcare by assessing where you stand compared to where you aspire to be in these areas. Additionally, it is important to identify the sources of greatest stress and tension in your life. These assessments are the focus of the Chronic Wellness 7-Day Challenge.
What Is The Chronic Wellness 7-Day Challenge?
The Chronic Wellness 7-Day Challenge is designed to help you explore and refine your approach to managing your chronic illness. Each day of the challenge will open your mind to what you want and need to manage your chronic illness YOUR WAY.
Over a 7- day period, you will receive a daily email containing the challenge materials.

Figure out the kind of support you need, whether from loved ones, healthcare providers, or community resources. Most of us cannot do this alone and it's important to have help on your wellness journey.

Assess your current healthcare team and their effectiveness in supporting your health goals. Identify any gaps and plan how to address them.

Shift your perspective by flipping limiting mindsets and adopting a more empowering outlook on your health and wellness.

My Story
Several years ago, after a visit to the ER, I hit my tipping point with my chronic illnesses. I was DONE feeling awful. After surviving numerous life-preserving cancer treatments, I realized that traditional medical approaches alone weren't enough to keep me well. I needed medical care, and A LOT more. That's when I decided to find my unique version of wellness.
It has been a process, but I know I'm on the right path because I feel better with each passing year. Now, I'm on a mission to help others with chronic illness find their own unique path to Chronic Wellness. That's why I'm excited to share my FREE Chronic Wellness 7-Day Challenge!
